forwin8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by forwin8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
forwin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3; or (d) continuing to provide services to the Account would expose forwin8 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting forwin8 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a payment method on record, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination indefinitely.
